Not 100% sure exactly what you were trying to say there. Yes, they are tracking you via multiple methods. Right now they are utilizing your cell phones and testing sites with a method called 'contact tracing'. This is stage one of tracking while Globalists move us towards a Social Credit System like China.

If you obey their orders to wear a mask, get the vaccine, fall in line for the microchip, etc.. the higher your score will be.

Why would they track you? Why not. These are all data points - they want to know where you shop, who you see, where you work.. all of this information is used or sold. They want to know if you are "self-isolating" when they order you to remain locked down inside your own home.
