Yes, because when someone dies of anything, it's always someone else's fault. The virus killed him. Just like the flu kills hundreds of thousands every year. You want to charge all of the people who infected them with murder too? How about TB? 1.5 million died from that in 2018 (COVID is a drop in the bucket comparatively). Want to charge the people who infected those people with murder?
She is obviously just distraught, and lashing out. It is tragic that her husband died, but blaming total strangers for your loved ones illness and death is just recklessly irresponsible. Besides, how does she know that SHE herself or someone else in the family didn't infect him? This is a classic case of "never let a good tragedy go to waste".
