So USA is from now on "United States of Australia"? or "United States of Asia"? Or "United States of Africa"? Or "United States of Andromeda"? Or "United States of Antarctica"?

Well of course, strictly speaking Canada is America as well... It's not part of the United States, but it is part of America, as well as Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Suriname, Peru, Chile, etc...
