As a minority, white people are amazing. Look at the inventions alone. The vast majority of what we see and use in society was created by white people. Your phone, cars, clothes, etc--all white people inventions or creations. With that said, the level of melanin in one's skin does not determine greatness. It's tied more to education which affords opportunity. That has been the key to white people doing so well. We are now seeing that with the Asian community as they rise because of their educational attainment. I only wish the minority population would learn this lesson.

Industriousness is what made and makes America the greatest nation in the world to start your own business, a free enterprise zone to build your dreams if you want it bad enough. Anyone can take advantage of that opportunity, no one is hindered by their race, creed, or gender.

You can be hindered by debt incurred from medical expenses though, that's not so great, eh?

Agreed, our health care system's for profit model is inhumane and unfair.
