Unfortunately, I've seen the red-yellow-blue-cheat meme before (on imgflip even) some time ago (it looks small but that picture strongly looks like that to me), so that would technically make it a repost. Of course, how strict streams are on this differs per stream, and the screenshot above doesn't tell me which stream that was. Some kids are really on the "repost" hunt lately (to the point that their "repost" rants are becoming spam), and I guess some moderators (at least at some streams) are really on the move for that.
