A condition which causes them to need to deride everything the man does good or bad and to react to every piece of information about him in a derisive manner whilst ignoring their own irrational biases for making those claims and sometimes without even having a rational excuse in defense of their propositions put forward..
For Trump to generally be diagnosed as exhibiting Anosognosia he would usually need to have been also diagnosed with a recognised psychological/psychiatric disorder (Bi-polar, Schizophrenia or awaiting DSM recognition TDS). Therefore in the absence of any known, diagnosed or profesionally substantiated psychiatric disorder a diagnosis of Anosognosia can not and would not be made, it seems the only ones who believe he lacks self awareness are the ones who actually have and are projecting their severe mental illness onto others. In this case onto Trump.
Trump can't be the poster child when he doesn't have the condition. A photograph of a stadium filled with people wearing say pussy hats would be more affirming of the condition than a portrait of Trump.
