Twisting the numbers like that is fear mongering, pure and simple AAutrey.
according to the US Census Bureau, current US population is 330 million. 150,000 deaths, while obviously way higher than anyone would like (and to be fair, entirely unreliable; it could be less, or more) represents a 0.045% chance of dying.
Maybe, just maybe, this notion that we need to roll up into the fetal position, destroy our economy, do untold harm to our children by keeping them out of school, destroy peoples' livelihoods, postpone medical treatment for things like cancer, diabetes, etc., to deal with a virus pandemic is not the way to go.
We've never done it before during a pandemic, so maybe it's us that has changed, not the danger from a pandemic.
