I actually didn’t peg you for no-name Covid19hoax self-delete troll initially: Your SN was too sensible (though I forget now what it was) and your response above was too humorous for that

But it appears that you were in fact he

See ya tomorrow

I took a look in the mirror and saw a patriot. Lord only knows what RINOs see when they look into a mirror. On the other hand after looking at Dem Party mayors standing down police departments so that Marxist infiltrated radical leftists can burn down entire sections of cities, not even life long Democrats should EVER be willing to vote for a Dem Party politician ever again. They shouldn't need a mirror to arrive at that conclusion.

Genuine patriotism requires standing up to the erosion of civil liberties.

These cobbled-together jackbooted Fed thugs terrorizing Portland are the last thing from that. Their sole purpose seems to be to stir up more civil unrest and generate more campaign footage.

I happen to live in one of these so-called Democratic hellholes otherwise known as the urban core of America. There were violent protests around the city for about a weekend after George Floyd’s death, but they were quickly replaced by many many more of them entirely peaceful.

Meanwhile the true and ongoing threats remain as they were before: Routine gun violence, and of course the coronavirus that is rampaging through America like no other country in the world. Let’s not forget the economic havoc it’s causing to working families, either.

The Republican Party as it is currently constituted is just not equipped to identify, let alone prioritize and properly deal with these problems.

A McCain or Romney-style GOP is one I could back. We don’t even have to go back that far in history to find it. Yet they are two of the Senators who were most viciously attacked by Trump and his rabid supporters.

So: A landslide defeat for Trump in November is the only thing at this point that could knock the GOP back on course and be a Party I could support again.

And I do wish for that in the end, believe it or not. I don’t want an eternity of Democratic rule. I want an America with two functioning parties, so that any election outcome is one I can live with.

Portland been burning for about fifty days now and only Trump has tried to stop it. So go ahead and vote for Biden. Just don't EVER call yourself a conservative.

Burning for 50 days? Lmao. Only according to the distorted propaganda you read. The Portland authorities had a handle on the ongoing but dwindling protests and told the Feds to get lost. Instead their presence and heavyhandedness has fueled a resurgence in protests.

I never called myself a conservative. That term is totally up for grabs at this point. If it means a follower of Trump: absolutely not. If it means a follower of the Party of McCain & Romney, and George H.W. Bush before them (in my opinion, the most successful modern president), then perhaps I would be.

But the Party of Trump has veered so far off a cliff that I no longer strain to find any reasons to be associated with it.

I made this tonight for the Politics_Redux stream, if anyone wants to debate it here or there: imgflip.com/i/49cny0

H.W. Bush’s Presidency: When America was Actually Great and made stomping all over Iraq and even breaking apart the damn USSR look easy, natural, and historically inevitable.

I was gonna post a link to the KylieSUCKS stream as further proof you care, but seems you already have that handled

Oh what the hell I’ll post it here again anyway: imgflip.com/m/KylieMinogueSUCKS

If you have an ample supply of brain bleach handy, go check out how badly I’ve triggered these ImgFlip cons sometime

Of all the liberals to ever be liberals on ImgFlip: Why me? Perhaps because they sensed I was in some way a traitor to their cause and therefore worthy of — ahem — enhanced treatment?

I dunno man, just a theory

That is all

Naww, no one cares who you vote for. I don't believe any claims from you that you haven't been a staunch dem voter your whole live. You're too entrenched in leftist for that to be the case. Like you wouldn't vote for the 1st black president lol

Uhhh, you've triggered who?

No, even other liberals can hardly stand your overbearing attitute. It's really something. Hell, I thank you for bringing Timber and Vaga together in their mutual disrespect over you. And Vaga's no Imgflip con. (I want to see a Grumpy Old Men type movie with them icefishing together, imagine the bantz!) I respect you tho. Mostly your energy. At least you attempt to make a case unlike the crazed cat lady and others. Hell, I'd let you f**k my sister. (movie ref, before you protest)

Anyway, nice chatting with you, old sport.

Haaaaaah

The one little shred of bipartisan cred your hateful clan can cling to. Although Vaga is clearly a fierce independent not associated with anything larger than his own self-regard, so I’m not sure you can even say that, despite the fact he apparently sees through Trump as well.

While you’re at it, see if you can recruit damagedgood to your cause too as I lit his ass up for being a hateful bigot and legitimate confirmed case of TDS in the wild, as you know.

But I dunno man: Go onto PoliticsTOO and ask them what they think of me. I suspect it will be something different.

Nice chatting with you, too.

I don't see many here that support your screeds. Not shocking in a safe space hugbox like that you get support. Can you imagine if all the conservatives here upvoted on sight? You wouldn't have a lefty meme in the first 50 pages of the hot category.

Yes, and I gave you full credit for that as I try to give credit where credit is due. I just told you yesterday that, for whatever reason, you calling out leftist garbage is admirable. Now I suspect you do it to distance yourself from the ideology you follow but whatev's. It's something.

We should do this more often. Maybe catch a Kylie Minogue film festival with the wives and girlfriends.

Ooh: then we should start with Street Fighter (1994), which is apparently one of those so-bad-it’s-good movies. Other than that she’s played mostly supporting roles ever since leaving “Neighbours” for a career in music. And yeah, sappy soap operas aren’t really my cup of tea either.

I actually haven’t watched any of her filmography lol, just the music vids. But she can clearly hold a camera’s gaze.

Nope: The cringing at Leftists stuff is genuine. It makes me just as upset as right-wing nonsense. I feel no need to truck with those so historically illiterate that they idolize Stalin, Castro, the CCP, and the Kim dynasty. Those kind of folks are probably voting Green Party or staying home anyway, so as to not be “complicit in American imperialism” or some shit. F**k them.

It’s the kind of shit I wish genuine conservatives would do more often at Trump. A few Never Trumpers still do — George Will, Ross Douthat — not to mention Romney who is one of the few remaining in government.

American politics has become too tribalistic for much of that it seems but calling out your own side has to happen, otherwise we’ll just keep allowing extremists to dominate the debate without facing any pushback.

Sheesh, never saw that, think it was around the time Van Damme jumped the shark, altho it was a profitable movie I think. Just looked so cheesy. Watched Bloodsport a few months back. What a steaming pile of dogshit. But at the time it was pretty cool. If you were an impressionable young kid.
