I get the point of your meme, and I did UPVOTE, but I would argue the tinfoil hat as at least some possible effectiveness, whereas the masks have none.

Masks are useful to slow the spread of the virus. I'm not a left-winger, I am a pro-Trump conservative.

Just because Fauci sad it that doesn't mean masks don't work. Much research shows they do work.
