That Trump renewed. Does that mean Trump created the coronavirus? Of COURSE not! The fact that the NIH gave a grant to an organization which then allocated some of the funds to the Wuhan lab does not mean that Fauci or the Wuhan lab created covid 19. This is a spurious and nonsensical conclusion.

The virus was already created. I consider funding the Chinese in any way bad. So I agree that Trump did the wrong thing by passing that funding (which was probably one line of thousands in the bill), it does not have anything to do with the virus though. It was a general funding that Trump signed and not specific like the Fauci funding from the NIH.

Why does Trump get a pass? The bill doesn't get less specific for Trump and more specific for Fauci. The funding was created in 2014 when Fauci was still the director, but then again he has been working since 1984. Trump still sees the same bill that Fauci sees, yet Fauci is the one who "created" covid 19. You have to have WAY more evidence then "the NIH which Fauci works at gave a loan to an organization with gave a loan to the Wuhan lab in China therefore Fauci created covid 19." That's a non-sequitur.

bobbartthebuilderboi let me clarify a few things so you understand: Trump signed a bill that gave the NIH a lot of money. He assumed wrongly that it would be used to fight diseases and fund research for cures. Fauci received the money, then allocated it to the program that funded the Wuhan lab where Fauci KNEW they were not following safety protocols, and where they were specifically researching gain of function viruses (with the excuse of heading off a future outbreak).
