Now I'm not American, but I get the feeling that if I was, I'd on the day a new president was inaugurated, whoever it would be, rub my hands and say "NOW we can make America great again"....

It took his adminstration, what? 1 week? To put together a response to the Portland protests. 6 months into a pandemic and ...what's the plan....? He said a press conference last week "we're putting together a great plan."
