Save for successfully and summarily evicting some tenants at an outlying property who had fallen just a month or two behind in rent (including during the recent coronavirus pandemic), the McCloskeys have actually not been all that successful at getting their way, and I suspect they won’t be in facing these new felony charges, either.

That is called presenting your gun in a threatening manner, which is illegal. Just as it is not your first amendment right to say, “I’m going to kill you.” It is also not your second amendment right to point your gun at a crowd of people and further goad them into violence.
