I'm going by my personal statistical data. I have a 50/50 chance of being wrong but...
I correctly predicted the Senate would not vote to remove Trump from office.
I correctly predicted that Trump would wear a mask either before the fall.
I'm also predicting that the legality of Abortion will play a key role in the 2020 election.
A majority of Presidents get a second term, this chance increases if we're at war.
Nothing spectacular, I'm afraid. But I will say that the pandemic has made information hyper-political and not easily interpreted. Trump is good at playing at emotions and definitely will be playing up the victim card. I cannot say that it will only be effective on uneducated voters as there will be, no doubt, a few educated voters who will play this up to because they think Trump, in the end, will be a huge benefit for them in four years time.
I'm not sure how well playing it up as a hoax will work but he's tried very hard to backtrack on that despite his media mouthpieces still claiming much the same as a hoax. A way to have his cake and eat it too. And he'll likely call it a hoax again the first chance he gets if the fatality rate remains low or there isn't a third wave of coronavirus by fall.
I should also note, I'm quite cynical too. And I try to counter that with my personal bias. A favorite thing I happen to say a lot... or so they tell me...
"I hope I'm wrong. I really really hope I'm wrong but unfortunately, I'm usually not."
Prepare for a second term of Trump but don't use that as an excuse to not vote or to stop debating.
