You better go find a copy of the Patriot act and start reading you will find your answers in their as to what Dept.Homeland Security can do against domestic terrorists. It's not pretty but you will see they can do what they're doing. It's what you get when you choose security over freedom.

Oh and the best part as I understand they can even call you or I terrorists and abduct us without identifying themselves and detain us for a period (maybe up to 30 DAYS cant remember). Giving us no reasons as to why we were arrested abducted in the first place. And then we are not supposed to talk about anything they did or didn't say during our time incarcerated without charge. Alternatively they could hold military court,have a hearing and charge us with offences and hold us in military prison. It's great!
