When a liberal virtue-signals about caring so much for the lives of others, but at the same time supports murdering babies by the millions so mommy can fit into her prom dress (or whatever convenience reason).
Put it this way, if you change and become pro-life, then you can talk about caring about the lives of others. Until then? It's just narcissistic self-righteous virtue-signaling.
