Quest #3 Rules
Rule #1 - each meme submitted must have a picture of a dolphin or contain the word "dolphin"
Rule #2 - each participant must also reference one of the following three topics:
1) Stonks
2) Cat Food
3) Polish Sausages
Rule #3 - each participant can submit up to 3 entries/memes per day
Rule #4 - upvotes count as 1 point and views count as 0.1 points (for the mathematically-challenged, every 10 views is worth 1 point)
Rule #5 - each participant cannot be eating polish sausages or cat food while making their Quest #3 meme(s)
