Masks have shown no significant effect in helping with viruses from tons of studies. Your face diaper is a joke and you are the fool. Here are just a sample and there are lots more:

N95-masked health-care workers (HCW) were significantly more likely to experience headaches. Face mask use in HCW was not demonstrated to provide benefit in terms of cold symptoms or getting colds.
