Great idea! TBH, that sounds like something the Republicans would favor since I believe that's how it was in the old west. A more democratic justice system seems to be inherently better, and I don't know who nor why one would ever disagree. Unless, of course, Fox News somehow mislead you into believing that it has some kind of flaw that doesn't exist or isn't relevant. After all, many Republicans will believe anything that Fox tells them, relying on the bandwagon, appeal to authority, composition/division, & genetic fallacies.
