Now I don't know what "amune" is, but it's likely to mean "immune" and nearly every virus in existence has people who appear completely immune to it, and it's already proven that COVID-19 is no different.

Now the grammar of that statement is pretty vague, as "a virus" and that vaguely implies that no virus at all would affect them.... Although highly unlikely, it's not entirely impossible.

Of course, since their spelling was bad, it can be they structured their sentence wrong and that they then mean "the virus" and then it would likely refer to COVID-19, and then it's plausible the statement is true unless proven otherwise.
