Absolutely true. Households with one parent is a very telltale indicator of who these people/children are. And, unfortunately, poverty and one parent households go hand-in-hand. It is truly sad. I worked in two different rough neighborhoods, for 5 years each, and I saw it all. I saw dead people on the curb, one in a car who was shot while driving and then crash, and also saw police officers remove two bodies from a large garbage can/container. Numerous vehicles were stolen out of the parking lots I parked in. I was menaced/intimidated by some thugs one night. I feared for my life on more than one occasion. The terrible behavior by the residents of these rough neighborhoods was on display everywhere and at any given time of day. I truly felt sad every drive in and every drive out. I wish that all these problems could be fixed by defunding the police, but that simply is impossible. Wealth disparity is the biggest problem in the world, but it cannot be solved by taking money from the rich and giving it to the poor, for nothing in exchange. It's been tried before and it's never, ever worked. Rewarding people for accomplishing nothing will never last generations. It can last a year or two, maybe even five, but eventually things return to how they were before and the same poor people from before are wondering what went wrong. If Biden wins, I will be prepping like the very extreme preppers because I believe he will be a puppet for the far-left and things will boil over and lots of people will die.
