Ok, well Stalin was dictator of the USSR (Soviet Union) for a few decades, notably during Hitler's rule of Nazi Germany and WW2. The USSR was one of the "good guys" during WW2 since it was the biggest reason Nazi Germany was defeated. However, Stalin murdered just as many, if not more people than Hitler. Estimates range from 20 million to 60 million. Not to mention after WW2 he brought Eastern Europe under Soviet control despite making agreements before that he wouldn't do so. He was not a good guy.
