I usually wake up either miserable or plain depressed, mainly because my anxiety usually kicks in whenever I sometimes do stuff.

But I think it's mainly due to your hormones. It may sound disgusting, but stuff like periods can make you more likely to be moody and miserable. It'll go away eventually, but yeah

Tip: go outside, or spend time with fan. Do not stare at a screen. And trust me, eating will make you feel way better.

Ok. For the sleep part, I take ZzzQuil or Melatonin. If you still feel helpless, maybe find an online therapist

Depressed, sleep deprived, not hungry, I mean mood, it the quarantine. I think once we’re able to even go to our friends houses without doing all this stuff it will be ok. One thing that helps me is to focus on what’s good in life and what good things has happened. It helps me at least. Praying for u 🙏
