Two chairs don't confirm Waluigi, his assist trophy means he probably won't be joining until the sixth Smash game (iirc Little Mac was an assist trophy in Brawl but not in Smash 4). But assist trophies are completely different. They're fully modeled, have inbuilt attacks, and can be summoned through the Assist Trophy item (ever heard of playing casually?).
Something that I can easily make by literally doing a Google search, something that even the fighters currently in the game also possess, doesn't deconfirm. Same goes for Mii costumes, because multiple Mii costumes are of existing fighters, or do you want to remove Fox from the game because he's got a Mii costume?
