Fun fact.... The name "Gilderoy" is mentioned in the movie. In the book store he's announced by his full name. He uses his full name to introduce himself to his DADA class, and to quote the movie version of McGonagall: "Very well, Gilderoy. We'll leave the monster to you. You're skills, after all, are legend!"
