Philandro Castile was pulled over because "he looked like someone who had been in a robbery."

They shot him 40 seconds after the cop started talking to him.

He didn't act up.

He didn't have illegal weapons or drugs on him.

Car registration wasn't expired.

Insurance was up to date.

They shot him anyway.

His death is not unique or unusual.

You left out the part where he did have a gun the officer told him not to reach for it but he continued to do the opposite. can you imagine if he just kept his hands where the officer could see them
