I think Shaun King’s objection is hilarious and stupid, but if a statue of Jesus was on public property, wouldn’t that violate the establishment clause of the Constitution?
No, the establishment clause just says they can't enforce a single religion, it says nothing about allowing religions on public property. You are thinking jurisprudence where judges decided it was illegal.
