Harrassment? IMO the account name was not enough to be harassment. I saw that the username has since changed.

It's an old Imgflip trick that used to work better when capital i looked like lower case L on all (or perhaps most) devices. I think that bug/feature was changed late Summer of 2019 with a sexy font upgrade.

I went through their content a day or two ago and didn't see anything I considered against the Terms of Use.

Since there is an inactive (you know who) owner on those streams, I can't take over stream ownership and facilitate a transfer.

If the stream owner deleted their account, I could take over ownership of those streams and add owners. I don't recommend that route for your situation for various reasons.

I can monitor content in those streams for Terms of Use, but for user created streams, I give wide benefit of the doubt for Stream Description and Stream Rules compliance. Me going in a user created stream and disapproving stuff is exceptionally rare.

Yeah, account deletion is not an option. Unfortunately before abandoning that account I did not think to change the stream description to make the rather obvious point that JeffreyStone gimmick account harassment is not welcome there.

I was afraid it was only a matter of time before you-know-who caught on that there’s no one now watching those streams.

Yeah, but there isn't any way of certifying it for sure that it's him.
For all we know it's his evil twin, Dwight, or his sock puppet 'wifey' wanting to delete the streams but doesn't know how or locked herself out of the account she locked him out of.

Globals have the ability to delete entire user accounts but you can't add new Mods to streams? Really? (I did add co-owners to most of my streams, but not those two.)

I asked to be made Mod of the streams as I assumed you had that power, and I don't want to waste your time modding those streams for me (when you should be spending your precious time on Making ImgFlip Even Better) but if for some reason I'm not able to be installed as a Mod then you should unfeature those memes since I'm telling you I want them down.

Last thing I'll say is that imgflip.com/user/JeffreyFan_89 also constitutes harassment of JeffreyStone himself, assuming he is now committed to changing his ways, and that user account should simply be deleted on that basis as well.

Okay, I'll try the email and no I don't bug the hell out of them. I've submitted two feedback forms in my entire life, both of which went unanswered with no action taken, so I stopped wasting my time.

I disagree that setting out to construct a gimmick version of someone else's account isn't harassment. Anywho, since the SN has since been changed to something other than a carbon-copy of my other account, that's better.

Not that I'm a big fan of the half-dozen or more KF_89 inspired gimmick accounts now running around. I find it odd that's how certain memers wanna waste their time, and that the ImgFlip Mods don't view this as harassment per se at a certain point, particularly now that there are just so many of them and probably made by the same people.

I'm not going to troll them back -- it's not my style, and I have better things to do with whatever time I have left here.
