The concept is that systemic racism against African Americans isn't true, because other facts contradict it.

You can't have a country that hates blacks AND be open to adding more black people. You can't oppress minority opportunities so whites stay superior AND be open to giving minorities opportunities that often equal or surpass whites.

Ergo, systemic oppression against black Americans is not a real thing.
