The Atlanta DA is a liar and a fraud. The police officer is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon... his shoe.

Among other charges, including murder, Atlanta police officer who shot and killed Rayshard Brooks, is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon ... his shoe. Apparently, according to the District Attorney's claim, a show is a deadly weapon, but a taser is not. Contradicting himself from two weeks ago when he claimed a taser IS a deadly weapon and under Georgia law, is a deadly weapon.

And I might mention that the DA is currently under investigation for fraud and sexual assault, all while going through an election.

Crazy!

This District Attorney has set up the great city of Atlanta. There is no way this cop gets convicted of felony murder.Even if people think what he did was wrong, his crime does not not live up to the actual charge:
felony murder-noun-a killing treated as a murder because, though unintended, it occurred during the commission or attempted commission of a felony, as robbery.
He will be found not guilty and Atlanta will BURN.

Which is exactly what the DA actually wants.

No, the case will be thrown out. Many reasons why it will, but too many to talk about here.
