If you like everyone else trying to say "Trump had trouble walking down a ramp" pulled your heads out of your own asses. You would have noted that someone else was walking down the ramp at the same time doing exactly the same thing and once at the bottom of the ramp he walked as per normal for him. So, Was that General also suffering from some major physical decline? Or is it more likely that the ramp is slippery? Look forward to your logic on this.
