i'm really moderate right and when people call me or other moderates nazis it bothers me alot, insults and name calling are childish and have no place in debates or whatever watered down version of those you can find on imgflip. both sides do it and i dislike it when they do, the reason why i only did the nazi example is because people use it way too often to describe pretty much anyone they don't like libtard is a insult of intelligence or something along those lines but a nazi is a horrible thing to call another person for no reason and libtard pales in comparison to the implications of being called a nazi for a different opinion or support of a politician and it would be fine if it was simply a insult but some people truly believe they have to rise up against some kind of enemy and annihilate it when that so called enemy is just a person with conflicting opinion even on the same side of the political spectrum it scares me and i hope other people.

Oh and one other etiquitte, non compulsory of course is to upvote comments which respond to your comment. So many people dont do it, but plenty do this. As it adds points and also acknowledges you have read it. Obviously if others upvote it is less obvious but if you always just do it you can also determine whether people are downvoting comments.
