I hope you're not one of these conspiracy theorists who thinks covid-19 is a hoax. Believe me, if it were a hoax, an average of 15 people a day wouldn't be dying in my tiny State of Rhode Island! We only have a population of 1 million, but we have almost a thousand deaths from this virus. And that's only because our governor has pushed for mandatory face masks, hand washing and social distancing.

Also i don't think anyone says it in itself is a hoax. I think some say the cause or numbers themselves are a hoax.

That isn't really what he's talking about. He's drawing parallels to abortion. Thing is with abortion it harms someone other than yourself.

As for wearing a mask, doctors have gone back and forth about whether they're helping at all. I would say wear a mask if you're around those that are high risk. (The elderly mostly.) If not, probably fine either way. Because eventually it could get to the point where you have to ask: should everyone wear a mask every flu season?

Are you 82? The average age of covid deaths is 82. If so wear a mask and be careful. If not, stfu.

I've bought face masks, I've made them, and I've had a few people give some to me. I'm not messing around with something that's claiming the lives of thousands and thousands of people!
