It's nothing more than one more dull example of the strategy he took when he tried to claim that Trump would delay, or cancel the election. As a Trump supporter, I'm just hoping Biden can keep it together until the election.
It is ironic that Biden would say that, just as it was ironic for HRC to be the one in 2016 who wouldn't accept the results of the election, after mocking Trump on that very same issue.
