Pretty much. Which is probably not a thing most of us really wanna do. But you know. On a week end or a day off it's easy to get sucked in and just keep rolling.

Maybe almost up to 200000 points perhaps. But, No one reaches it that far. Least up to 185000.

People have made it past 200,000, it's just extremely rare. Raydog and DashHopes did rarely when they were really active. RYKAHNE just had 231,000 very recently like only a few days ago.

Most I had was 87,000 on my old account and that's like being on 24/7 lol. It's insane to get that much, that's like 33,000 a day.
