No one said communism is necessarily pro American. Hailing and blacklisting people simply for holding different political views that they don’t necessarily even have is anti American. If you don’t believe free speech for people you don’t like, you’re by definition anti American and I can’t take you seriously.

I am 200% confident that approximately 0 people in positions of power in the US government are communists. Even if there were communists in office (which they aren’t), it is unconstitutional to purge them, since they were democratically elected into office. If any other government did this, you would never stop complaining.
