Biden should fund new job training for coal miners. Renewables are becoming cheaper and more efficient, so those coal jobs aren't coming back. Which will probably be better for the miners' health too.

I think that was proposed by the Obama administration but the GOP kinda pushed the fossil fuel lies and the coal miners ate it up. Along with black lung. And despair.

Any way you sort them the top 10 may have 1-2 "retirement" states like Arizona or New Mexico in them. Who in their right mind is retiring in Alaska, West Virginia, Mississippi, or the others?
