A single incident of police brutality was the spark, but there are underlying issues as well and many recognized themselves in George Floyd.

Content citizens don’t riot. They just don’t.

They recognized the criminal record he had, the drug history he had, and the medical problems he had?

Mainly they recognized his blackness in them, but the other problems you mention are not as rare as you think.

And none of them either separately or together should equal the death sentence he received.
