civil rights - means that all Americans regardless of color can shop at places of public accomodations. That RIGHT goes away under your platform.

The Equal housing act that prevents discrimination in housing decisions - creates whites only communities. Also goes away under your platform.

The Fair Credit Act that prevents redlining traditionally black areas and denying credit based on skin - also goesaway under your platform.

Not elimination of rights, their maximization. If some fundie believes making a wedding cake with a gay couple on top violates their conscience, it's their right. If some gay couple wants to do the same, their right. The state can't compel either violation.
