No, we don't. No black american alive today was a slave. No white person alive today owned a slave. The only one's who segregated black people were democrats. I am not one, so I don't owe them anything.

If you think race issues ended with slavery, then you’re part of the problem.

I get tired of having to explain southern secessionists weren’t Democrats in any meaningful sense. As soon as they became traitorous they abandoned any claim to that title.

Anyway, fast forward 150+ years and it’s clear to see which Party stands for racial progress.

Yes, they were Democrats. The entire Democratic party was FOUNDED to expand slavery, and when they didn't get their way because the Republicans (Who were created to stop the spread of slavery into the newly claimed West, by the way) stopped them, they tried to succeed from the union. Also it was the Democrats who instated segregation...and Jim Crow laws...and so on, and so forth. The Democrats have a long history of oppressing black people then pinning in on Republicans ~50 years after the BS they are pulling is stopped. Also, how is instilling a victim mentality into the people you oppressed so that they think they can't live without you "Racial progress" and not Stockholm syndrome?
