Thank you. Though sometimes is is difficult to tell the difference between Trump's mouth and my . . .
Well, you get the idea.

Not really. I just know when it's obvious that people make up lies to make him look bad.

Sure, I get it, it's all opinion here. I just wish those opinions were stated as such, because a lot of people who cant' tell the difference, believe the opinions they read to be fact.

I feel sorry for you if your ass looks like Trump's mouth!

I'll haul out the old Conservative fall-back:
'What's the matter, can't take a joke?'
I think what makes it sting for you is that you know it's probably true.

Why do you think I can't take a joke?

I didn't realize that was a conservative fall back. I'm not conservative, btw, which probably explains my ignorance on that one.

Believe me, if Trump had entered the church, everyone would have noticed. He'd have made sure of it.
Also, if you're not conservative, why do you spend so much time & energy defending Trump?

Now I'm really confused. I didn't realize we were discussing entry into the church. Quite honestly, this doesn't seem like a conversation. It seems like I'm replying to you, and you just post random thoughts.

For example, I'm going to answer your question about why I defend Trump. It goes back to right after the election. I saw so many people in the media, social media, entertainers, etc., say they were going to "give him a chance" and at the same time, there was immediately so much fake news about him and his supporters.

One specific example was Facebook. (back when I spent time on it) I had one FB 'friend' who was posting links to article after article about what Trump did, his supporters did, etc., that just didn't seem like they were true. One post was about how "Trump supporters" had destroyed the home of a gay couple. So I posted something to the effect that it was horrible, and asked if the people who had done it had been caught. No reply. And she wasn't just a FB friend, I know her in real life. So I started posting replies to a few of her posts asking simple questions like that. Some of her other FB friends started berating her for having me as a FB friend, and she subsequently de-friended me. So much for truth, and the free exchange of ideas.

There was also the movement to impeach him starting literally as he was being sworn in. Combine that with the fact that most of those who said they would "give him a chance" did not. They came out against him within days of those statements.

The Russian collusion was what really did it, because on its face, it just made no sense. Trump would be waaay tougher on Russia than HRC ever would be. Plus, Putin had just spent 8 years running circles around president Obama, and particularly HRC during her term as Sec of State. So why would Putin *want* Trump over HRC? Then I read the Steele dossier, and I couldn't believe what an amateurish piece of crap it was. Hell, it looked like it had been written by an 8th grader. Plus, the left seems unable to distinguish between Russian interference and Russian collusion.

Nobody ever asks me what I don't like about Trump, and there's plenty. Even this photo op at the church was not wisse, but at the same time, I have a keen grasp of the obvious, so when people lie about it, I'll defend the president. I did the same thing for president Obama, btw, particularly the racist crap the idiots on the right would post about him.

You see nothing suspicious in the fact that Trump was warned about Flynn, yet hired him anyway. I'm sure you've seen the picture of Flynn sitting at the right hand of Putin at a gala dinner in Russia celebrating the tenth anniversary of 'Russia Today' (also attended by Jill Stein).
Nothing suspicious about the fact that all U.S. intel agencies had told him that the Russians had interfered with the election through social media, and even after hearing Putin admit that he had directed "officials to help him do that", (https://gifs.com/gif/putin-admits-helping-trump-ZYEp0w?muted=false); Trump said "I have president Putin, he just said it's not Russia. I will say this. I don't see any reason why it would be."
But the thing that stood out for me is the fact that Trump attempted to return the compounds confiscated by Obama back to the Russians . . . even though he hadn't even been asked officially by them.
And then later, giving Israeli secrets to the Russians, proudly and publicly bragging about 'How much he knows.' (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/15/us/politics/trump-russia-classified-information-isis.html)
So my question is, why the eagerness to please Putin at the expense of America?
