I have a ton of trouble sleeping, and for me, some of it was medical stuff, like I was really low on vitamin D and I had to take supplements, I had mono and didn't know it because I have high pain tolerance and refused to got to the er and then I tested positive for it. Anywho, you also want to limit things you take in, ask if it verifies, brings you up, or brings you down, like stuff that is discouraging. So I had to stop reading the news and take a break from stuff. I still don't sleep the best, but it's less bad than it would be.
