Hindsight is 20/20. You can always look back on the past and say, " I wish I had done this differently." The entire world got caught with its pants down on COVID-19. Playing the blame game does nothing to solve the problem, which should be our top priority.
Peaceful protests are fine. Rioting and looting do nothing to bring Floyd back or address any ongoing issues within the PD. And burning a police station? Yeah, that'll help police-community relations <extreme sarcasm>. If Trump, or their governor, has to send troops, it will be because the protests progressed to criminal destruction of property.
You can do more for your cause by expressing your views to your federal, state and local representatives than you can by exposing yourself to violence and coronavirus. Protest if you choose, but stay smart and stay safe.
