He is, I won’t say who, but A friend of mine is good friends with a US senator and that senator told my friend Joe Biden is probably the dumbest person in government. That’s a statement because government seems to attract the dumbest of our society.

It attracts the most crooked too. Where else can you become a millionaire on a salary of $174,000 a year?

That is why all governments fail, it’s not that the government philosophy is necessarily bad, but it relies on people and people are easily corrupted, self interested and government attracts people who want power and those are the worst people you can possibly have to try and govern.
