He probably thought the homemade masks were ghey and it was a big FU to his Karen-wife.
BTW, why does the mother think a crocheted mask is going to stop the spread of anything?
Why do these dimwits insist on forcing their children to wear masks, when it reduces oxygen intake and increases CO2 intake? Won't that cause brain damage from lack of O2?

LOL, I'm sure Dad wasn't too keen on the idea of smelling his own taint.

If it were her panties, he might drop dead from the noxious fumes. He'd at least lose his sense of smell!

It does if you understand how breathing through a mask works.

Why do you think the CDC doesn’t recommend masks for 2 year olds or younger?

That’s exactly the reason. Masks restrict breathing and increase CO2 intake. A little kid doesn’t have the lung development to deal with that. For them a mask can be harmful if not deadly.

Honey's fine for adults. Reduced but still significant co2 recycling is not.
2 ups, 4y
My point is if little kids are high risk and wearing a mask is supposed to hurt them more than help them there is no reason the rest of the population that isn’t high risk needs to wear them.
4 ups, 4y
Yeah. The kids’ masks are definitely made out of underwear.

Ahh but that’s what you don’t understand instead of equality the scales have tipped where white males are being abused now.
1 up, 4y,

if by abuse you mean weird people on twitter saying mean words, then yes
if you mean white men are systematically discriminated against, no.

I mean if white males try to get a job or go to college they won’t be accepted over a less qualified person of a different race or a women.

is giving minorities more opportunities to be successful oppressive to white males? i think there may be better strategies than affirmative action, though i have not looked into it, but it's shown that campuses being multicultural is a benefit anyway

I didn’t say I was against minorities. I am not. But I think you should pick the person who is most qualified no matter the race.

Let me give an example.

Octavia is a white male (per his comment below) and say Octavia wants to go to a D1 school like Yale or Harvard.

Octavia graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA and honors. However when Octavia goes to apply to his dream D1 school he is denied.

Why? Because the school has to keep a quota of the amount of each race that gets accepted to the school. That way the school doesn’t look racist.

Instead of Octavia a black person with a 3.5 GPA was selected to go to his dream school.

what if the black person came from a low income area and had to work harder than octavia to get their 3.5 GPA?

What if I came from an area that’s on the 7 point grading scale instead of the 10 point? Trust me it doesn’t matter.

so someone who works hard should earn less than someone who worked less?

How did you get anti taxes out of any of this?
1 up, 4y
laissez faire capitalism isnt anti-taxes it's against government intervention in the economy as a whole, laissez fair capitalists also would believe that if you work hard enough, you will succeed. are you a laissez faire capitalist?

That is my point

why wouldnt someone who worked hard deserve those opportunities as opposed to someone who didnt work hard at all?

Or are you saying that only black kids are poor?

What does it mean to 'work harder' to get a good grade? As far as I know, people have to put the same effort in to get the same grade, no?
0 ups, 4y
lol no, some people struggle at learning more than others, making them have to work harder than someone who can easily retain information enough to succeed at the game of school. all some kids gotta do is listen to the teacher for half an hour and then they ace the test. other kids have to take their own time to learn, or have to have help, to pass the test.
1 up, 4y,

What does that have to do with race?
0 ups, 4y
when did i say struggling to learn was specific to a race?

Work harder to get a 3.5, in what way? Are you saying the school work in low income areas is more complex (meaning public education is not uniform from one neighborhood to the next), or that children in low income areas are not as intelligent?
Are you implying that white people don't have to work hard to get a 4.0 regardless if they came from a low income neighborhood as well?
This sounds like Joe Biden's "poor kids are just as intelligent as white kids" gaffe.
0 ups, 4y
how could you derive any of that from what i said? schools in low income areas arent as good for children because they arent as well funded and thus cannot supply as good an education as a school in a higher income area, leaving the children of the low-income area less prepared to succeed than the high income area's children. it has nothing to do with individual intelligence it's about systemic issues that affect the mental development of children.
i dont know where you got the implication that white people dont work as hard to get a 4.0 regardless of income. these are class issues that the fallout of slavery and jim crow knotted very closely with racial issues, not completely. affirmative action has holes in its design that may have solutions, but changes arent easy to enact.
