Mainly because it's new and we don't have a vaccine, and we don't really know how to deal with it yet.

Just because we have a vaccine doesn’t mean it will go away. I get a glue shot regularly but I still manage to get the flu every year.

Second off that’s what I thought the first month of the Coronavirus outbreak. Now that the world hasn’t ended its time to move on with our lives.

you probably won't be asymptomatic when you have the flu or pneumonia, so you'd probably stay home, no?

Well obviously you got a glue shot, so it doesn't prevent you from getting the flu.

But getting the flu is still pretty bad, maybe you have a weak immune system or something. I don't get the flu shot regularly but i rarely get the flu.

I agree we should reopen, but not on a mass level. Because of course, we can't be too hasty, as bad things well happen, since there are still people getting Covid every day.

That being said, quarantining has really helped flatten the curve, and I think its about time we start reopening. Even Governor Whitmer has started reopening some parts of michigan, like bars.

Also, since its summer, Covid Cases should be lower, so that's nice.
