This mafia family has been fisting you (Californians) for over 80 years, duping you in the process that you had a choice at the ballot box, and you're still their number one cheerleader? Amazin.

I don't live in California. I am not a cheerleader for anyone. I just point out the facts that brainwashed people are conditioned to ignore. By the way, Pat Brown, started out as a Republican. He switched when Senator McCarthy was acting crazy, with wild unsubstantiated claims. His son,Jerry, was a real conservative in behavior. He drove a years old sedan from the motor pool, rather than demand a Limo, like Reagan. He also lived in an apartment, without servants. Unlike Reagan who had the Goverenor's mansion with people waiting on him all on the taxpayers' dime. Jerry Brown also dated Linda Ronstadt. That got Republicans riled up, too. I am surprised that it wasn't part of your silly chart

Department of Labor data released Thursday showed 671,288 Kentuckians filed initial claims for jobless benefits during the last seven weeks. That's equal to about 32.7% of Kentucky's labor force in March. Add the 4% already unemployed and you get 36.7% unemployment. In Califonria the unemployment rate is also high. But, it is less than half Kentucky's rate at 15.5%. If you had a choice, would you rather live in a neighborhood with 32.7% unemployment or 15.5%?

Would you rather live in the beautiful country or the shit and needle strewn streets of San Francisco?

If you are a true conservative, you believe in a free market. Tourists spend $7.6-billion a year in Kenetucky. They spend $140-billion a year in California, and $9.3-billion in San Francisco. I used to visit San Fransisco a couple times a year, on business. I never saw a needle. I saw some beautiful views. If you really think the Streets of San Francisco are "needle strewn," and not California Pine needles, you are delusional.

Oh, yes, it used to be beautiful. But if you don't think it has a problem with what I listed, you either haven't been there in decades or are being delusional.

Every large city has its bad parts. But, not all of the streets of San Francisco are as you describe. People would not spend almost $10-billion dollars to visit, if they were. Free market capitalists would tell you that. Use logic, for a change.

I've seen people interviewed saying they came to San Fran on vacation and were scared to leave the hotel. Obviously crap and needles aren't choking every street but it's bad. And getting worse.

Still free market analyses prevail. Your persistence in denial suggests something I have suspected for a long time. Modern Republicans are no longer free market capitalists. They are radicals. Pehaps what we saw a Charlottesville is more representative than many think.

Gee, I guess that democrat klan rally in 1934 is more representative than many think.

Denial? San Fran was a great city destroyed by bonehead liberal policies. You're the one in denial. How much can you steal there before you can be arrested? 900 bucks?

California was better when it was a red state. Sorry, Ol' Larry

Here is a story about drugs and needles left on the ground, in Louiseville, Kentucky. Drug addiction and its social side effects are not limited to San Francisco. https://www.wave3.com/2018/09/26/tonight-where-do-needles-go-not-far-some-cases/

California has never been a "Red State.," in oue lifetimes. From 1950 on Republicans have controlled the State Senate for only two sessions, and the State Assembly only four sessions. Ronald Reagan won the governorship on a middle of the road to liberal social platform along with a "law and order," plank in opposiion to student demonstrations at Berkeley. He campaigned against a proposition that established a withholding system for state income taxes. Then he took credit for the taxes the new system collected, that kept the budget in the black year round. He emptied the state mental hospitals to cut spending which is created the problem with chronicallt entally ill homeless. I was a United Way Loaned Executive for many years and took part in the annual homeless census. If you know more aboout this problem, I defer to you.

Kentucky is a Red parasite State. It pays out far less than what the State receives in Federal Snap program,Welfare, Public housing, and Social Security subsidies.
Go Republicans

The last time it was tabulated Kentucky got $2.41 in Federal spending for every $1.00 its citizens paid in Federal taxes. California paid more in taxes than it received.
