I gave it to Nopa by surprise, but usually all owners have to approve for there to be a new owner. I said a few weeks ago the nopa should be, but Olympian said there wasn't need for a new owner, but everyone did approve. There still is need for anymore, all the owners really do is invite people to be mods on the stream. Nothing too special to it, just some jokes that owners may make of mods.
