why you hate online school?

It's super stressful for me

I push myself way too hard to get good grades. I've always done it.

i've known students who develop ulcers in college. that should never happen. do you play an instrument? is there a chess club you can join? something different and relaxing.

Yeah I play the ukulele. Really all we can do in the way of "clubs" now is me and my friends doing a Zoom meeting and playing games and chatting.

(Also, thank you for talking to me about this. My parents would just shrug it off or something)

that sounds great. you have any younger siblings that you can teach music or games or help them with math or reading? do you draw? (you're welcome. i'll be teaching another course this summer, only it'll be online from beginning to end. do you have any advice or ideas on how to minimize stress for the students?)

Yeah I have a little sister. I don't draw but I paint. But I'm not allowed to do that until school is over.

(To minimize stress, I'd say to have a schedule but make sure it's flexible. A small gaze at the day is helpful. And not everything is your first priority. Take breaks when you need to. Get good sleep. I am not that great with minimizing stress, but that's what I got. If you ever need help with maximizing stress, though, I'm right here lol)

Oh, Glee is my friend's favorite show! From what I can understand, Darren Chris and Cris Colfer are the best part of the show and Kurt is hilarious.

We got a choice board with one math and writing assignment, and then we read for 20 minutes.
I'm finished with school in 4 days.

Then next time I go back,I'm in middle school,but they just built a new school,and The district is splitting up all of us into 3 middle schools.

Ooh you're still in elementary school? My sister is in third grade and she has to like read an article and answer a few questions. I am so jealous

Yeah.
BUT I have a higher standard than the others,and had to read all the twilight books. I had finished them 4 days before she assigned it to us.Not fair,but simple.

my life hasn't changed much at all as I am an essential worker. (we make a lot of films used in medical products) Actually looking forward to finally getting a vacation next week just to stay home (and trim out my downstairs windows)

i nave ben doing me online school witch sort of sucks but i have also ben playing mtg with some of my friends through zoom also lots of videogames

Also my job, walking the dog, gardening, home projects, hanging out with my wife :)

We feel very fortunate and like we could ride out a quarantine forever. I know not everyone is as fortunate, though, and that’s part of what drives the political rush to reopen before we’re ready, in my opinion.

I have been doing online school, but I also discovered imgflip and I love it. I have also been writing, drawing and baking a lot, and rewatching movies that I haven't seen in years.

I have been making plastic model kits of giant anime robots. And I started to draw something too. And continued to write... and a bunch of shit

School over the phone, no fancy zoom calls.
And I've been binging Doctor Who. Seriously, I might have a problem, I started three weeks ago and am about to start season seven. There are 13 45 min episodes in each season!!!!

I've also been playing badminton with my brothers,and running with my dogs.

i finished teaching two courses online that started in January. one of my students and i have been trying to figure out the active-site geometry of an enzyme. on break now before summer school starts ( :
