Since some people still believe vaccines makes you get autism (which is impossible, btw, since autism is something you are born with), so if you can get that story spread through a channel they follow without them ever knowing a "leftist" (wrong used term) they'd very likely believe it. Especially since this is one of the many stories that are less plausible than the existence of nargles.
