There are aspects of our lives in which we make choices besides whether or not to terminate a pregnancy.
I believe this meme is specifically referring to the choices of going out or staying home, or whether or not to wear a mask.
It could also reference future medical decisions, such as the decision as to whether or not we want chemicals and virus bits injected into our bodies that have gone through an incomplete and rushed testing process.

They shout “my body my choice” but apparently that phrase doesn’t apply to getting sick.
